The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City of Gladstone government. It has jurisdiction over all city and state law offenses committed within city limits other than felonies.

This Court adopts the provisions of the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure, Uniform Trial Court Rules Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, and Clackamas County Supplementary Local Rules if applicable to municipal court proceedings, which is a court of limited jurisdiction and is not a court of record, and except as more particularly set forth in these Local Rules.

Courtroom location
Court is held on the second floor in Gladstone City Hall.

Court Hours
Court is held on the Second and Fourth Tuesday of each month from 8:30am – 5:00pm or until court is completed. City Hall is closed on all Federal Holidays (excluding Columbus Day).

There is two after hours payment drop boxes located near the doors of City Hall. One on Dartmouth St and another on Portland Ave.

Court Clerk’s Office
The Municipal Court clerk’s/Violation Bureau office is located in City Hall room 102. The clerk’s office is open Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Closed for lunch on Thurs-Fri from 11:30am – 12:30pm.
