GLADSTONE POLICE DEPARTMENT

nationalnightoutPlease mark your calendar for National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.

National Night Out is a night for America to stand together to promote awareness, safety and neighborhood unity. You can participate in Gladstone’s National Night Out celebrations and activities by hosting an event or attending a party.  Get to know the people in your neighborhood and on your block.

National Night Out is designed to heighten crime prevention and drug prevention awareness, generate support for and participation in local anti-crime efforts and strengthen police & community partnerships. Together we can send a message to criminals letting them know our neighborhoods are organized & fighting back!

During the evening, Gladstone police officers, fire department members and city officials will attend as many events as time allows.  Please let us know about your event so we can stop by and say hello.

To sign up as an event host or to get your questions answered, contact Carole Winegarden at 503-880-5346 or  coffeecarole@gmail.com or Maria Aikin at 503-557-2798 or aikin@ci.gladstone.or.us

Public safety agency and community partnerships are a one-way ticket to success in promoting safety and preventing crime in Gladstone.
