The City of Gladstone is now taking applications for Temporary Seasonal Park Aide Employment.  Preferred applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid Oregon driver’s license, have a High School diploma or GED equivalent, and three favorable work-related references.  Selected applicants will be invited to an interview and must pass a drug test and consent to a background check by the police department. Seasonal work is from June through Labor Day.  Typical work week is 25-30 hours and may include some weekends. Duties include: supervise spray park and daily activities at Max Patterson Park including games, sports, crafts, special events and other activities as needed.


Starting salary – First season: $9.83/hr. Second season: $10.02/hr. Third season: $10.76/hr.
