The City of Gladstone, in partnership with NCCWC, supplies healthy drinking water of the highest quality to residents.  The water source is the Clackamas River.

Our Utility Billing Department bills for water and sewer services.  The City of Gladstone has about 3600 customer accounts.   Billing is done bimonthly (every other month) as detailed below:

  • Billing statements are mailed on the last business day of even months: February, April, June, August, October, and December.
  • Payments are due when received in the odd months:  January, March, May, July, September, and November.
  • The City offers several ways to efficiently make payments towards your account.  You can set up auto pay from a checking or savings account, you can pay in person with cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card.
  • Payments can also be made online through a third party vendor (nCourt) on the city’s website or by calling 800.701.8560 (there is a fee attached to this payment method).
