If members of the public would like to comment on an agenda item (either virtually or in person), please email your comments to pwoffice [at] ci.gladstone.or.us (pwoffice[at]ci[dot]gladstone[dot]or[dot]us) prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day of the meeting.  Individuals attending in person may submit a speaker card to the recorder prior to the beginning of the meeting.  Comments are limited to three (3) minutes. 

The Parks & Recreation Board will also have Business from The Audience at the end of the meeting. To speak during this time (either virtually or in person), please email pwoffice [at] ci.gladstone.or.us (pwoffice[at]ci[dot]gladstone[dot]or[dot]us) prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day of the meeting with your name, topic of discussion and city of residence.  Individuals attending in person may submit a speaker card to the recorder prior to the beginning of the meeting.  Comments are limited to three (3) minutes. Speakers may not yield their time to others and must fill out a speaker card available in the back of the room prior to making a comment
