If members of the public would like to speak (either virtually or in person) please email your comments to kratz [at] ci.gladstone.or.us (kratz[at]ci[dot]gladstone[dot]or[dot]us) prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day before the meeting. Individuals attending in person may submit a speaker card to the record keeper prior to the beginning of the meeting. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes.
