If members of the public would like to comment during the meeting (either virtually or in person) please email your comments or your request to speak to bannick [at] ci.gladstone.or.us (bannick[at]ci[dot]gladstone[dot]or[dot]us) prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day of the meeting. Individuals attending in person may submit a speaker card to the City Recorder prior to the beginning of the meeting. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes.
The City Council will also have Gladstone City Event Announcements during the meeting and Business from the Audience at the end of the meeting.
