First of all WELCOME to the beautiful City of Gladstone! One of the first basic areas that you are probably interested in, is how to set up your new home with various utility services. The City provides water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater management services with separate entities that provide for garbage, electric and natural gas.
Below is a handy contact list of the various entities, who to call, and their website home page.
To initiate, terminate, or change account information for your City Utilities (i.e., water, sewer, and stormwater management services), you may now fill out an authorization form online HERE.
The City provides various methods that you can use to make payments on your monthly utility bill including: In person at City Hall, 18505 Portland Ave, with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or debit and includes a 24 hour drop box, mailing payment to 18505 Portland Ave, auto-pay from a checking or savings account, by phone by calling 866-721-1072, or online payments at www.municipalonlinepayments.com/gladstoneor - You can make a single payment or register your account for recurring payment.
