Contact the Court
The Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City of Gladstone government. It has jurisdiction over all city and state law offenses committed within city limits other than felonies.
This Court adopts the provisions of the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure, Uniform Trial Court Rules Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, and Clackamas County Supplementary Local Rules if applicable to municipal court proceedings, which is a court of limited jurisdiction and is not a court of record, and except as more particularly set forth in these Local Rules.

Courtroom location
Courtroom is located in the west end of the Civic building.
Court Hours
Court is held on the Second and Fourth Monday of each month from 8:30am – 5:00pm or until court is completed. City Hall is closed on all Federal Holidays (excluding Columbus Day).

There is one after hours payment drop boxes located in the parking lot of City Hall.
