Contact the Planning Department to schedule a pre-application meeting to discuss a design review application. Other permits may be required, such as a conditional use permit, floodplain development permit, or habitat conservation area permit. This will all be discussed at a pre-application meeting. Public Works Plan Review may be required in addition to Planning Review.
The Planning Department can also assist with questions about the permitting process, zoning and the use of property.
The Public Works Department will assist with questions about System Development Charges (SDC's), ROW improvements and utility plans.
