GLADSTONE PUBLIC WORKS PERMITS & APPLICATIONS
Do You Need A Right-of-Way Permit?
If you have questions regarding ROW Permits please contact the Public Works office, we are happy to advise you if the project you’re working on requires a ROW Permit. Below are some examples of common projects that require ROW Permits.
Work within the ROW that requires a permit, but is not limited to:
- Sanitary sewer connections, repairs, and new installations to the public sewer main.
- Pavement cuts and repairs in any area in front of curb.
- Driveway approaches, curb, ramp and sidewalk repairs or new installations
- Water connections or repairs at the meter, new installations to the public water main.
- Removal of trees within the City ROW. Tree removals which require the use of cranes and or trucks which use booms.
- Temporary obstructions in the public ROW such as moving containers and debris dumpsters, portable restrooms placed during construction.
To obtain a ROW Permit application, click here. Cost for ROW permits vary on the project and or work being done, though standard fee's are $235.00 - $335.00.
