Gladstone Nature Park Restroom and Picnic Shelter Project

(SECOND SOLICITATION)

INVITATION TO BID 

 

The City of Gladstone is submitting a new Public Notice and Invitation to Bid for the Gladstone Nature Park Restroom and Picnic Shelter project (second solicitation). This project supports a key City Council goal, prioritizing park improvement projects while enhancing recreational access.

The project entails public and private improvements to Gladstone Nature Park, including but not necessarily limited to: Permanent restrooms, picnic shelter, ADA parking and pathway improvements at the park including associated site preparation and demolition, erosion and tree protections, earthwork, utilities, paving, sidewalk, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping.

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Works office, located at 18595 Portland Ave. Gladstone, Oregon 97027.  Sealed bids may be hand delivered to the office or delivered by USPS mail up until 1:00pm on July 15, 2026.  A bid opening will be held within a few minutes of the bid due time at the Public Works Office, attendance at the bid opening is not required.
