What to Expect During the Paving Project.
Residents in paving areas should expect delays.
Hours of Work 7am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
- Crews will be working in the area with heavy equipment over the coming weeks. To help ensure safe and efficient operations, residents are encouraged to limit on-street parking whenever possible. Reducing parked vehicles will allow crews to access curb lines and complete vegetation and debris removal activities more effectively.
- Heavy Equipment is an inconvenience, we understand that, you should expect noise, vibrations and the smell of asphalt during the project.
- Please note that vehicles obstructing construction may be subject to towing if necessary to maintain project progress and safety. While crews will make reasonable efforts to contact vehicle owners before taking such action, project operations and schedules cannot be delayed due to inaccessible work areas.
- Hours of work: Crews will be working from 7am -6pm
- During paving, your access will be limited for a window of time. Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.
- Paving crews will be using a "trackless tack coat" to reduce curing times and reduce tire tracking.
- Mail Service may be disrupted, the contractor will work with the postal service to reduce disruption. Though FED EX, DHL, Amazon deliveries may be delayed due to road closures.
- Garbage Service will not be impacted, KNL Industries will work with Gladstone Disposal to ensure garbage pick up is not impacted. Please place receptacles on sidewalks when able.
- Please remove Basketball hoops from roadways.
