Invitation to Bid:  Asphalt Repair Project 2023

The City of Gladstone is submitting a Public Notice and Invitation to Bid for the: Asphalt Repair Project 2023. This project includes asphalt repairs in various areas throughout the City of Gladstone. 

Please find the attached Request for Bid and Scope of Work.  Below is the schedule of dates for this project.

         • Bids Due at Public Works Department                        June 6, 2023 at 10:00 am
         • Bid Opening                                                                June 6, 2023 at 10:05 AM
         • Bid Award                                                                    June 13, 2023
         • Project Completion                                                      July 21, 2023 (Weather Permitting)

Sealed bid proposals shall be submitted to the Gladstone Public Works Department, 18595
Portland Ave. Gladstone, OR 97027 Attn: Darren Caniparoli, Public Works Director and clearly
marked: “Asphalt Repair Projects 2023.” by 10:00 AM, June 6, 2023. Bid proposals received
after 10:00 AM will not be accepted, please be mindful of the location in which bids are due. Bid
opening will be held at 10:05 AM.
