The City of Gladstone has transitioned to a new online payment provider, Xpress Bill Pay, to make paying your bill easier, faster, and more secure.

We are excited to introduce this new system, which will provide even better service to our customers.

 

Transition Timeline

Early May: Notification that a change is coming.

Late May: Online bill pay customers will receive an email with instructions for setting up a new Xpress Bill Pay account.

By June 1: Xpress Bill Pay will be live for Gladstone! Residents will start paying their bill there!

June 15: First utility bill payments are due with the new system!

What this means for you

The City of Gladstone is in the process of emailing residents with instructions on how to get started in the new system.

 
If you pay online now → Create an Xpress Bill Pay account.

Starting now, Gladstone residents can follow the step-by-step guide (also available in Spanish) to create your new account. Make sure you have your Gladstone account number handy to complete the setup (you can find it in the top-right corner of your bill). While creating your account, you can also customize your preferences, for example, selecting paperless billing.

 

If you use auto pay with your debit or credit card → Don’t forget to re-select auto pay in your new account.

Refer to Step 7 in the guide to ensure your balance is automatically deducted each month.

 

If you have your account set up to auto pay with a Checking or Savings account → You don't have to do anything!

There will be no change to residents who currently have their accounts set up for Residents who are currently signed up for auto pay
